1. General Provisions

- By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site.
2. Registration and Account
- Access to the personal account (“Cabinet”) and purchases requires registration.
- When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including email, username, phone number, date of birth, and other required data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and must not share it with third parties.
- The administration reserves the right to block or delete your account if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Bonuses and Sonic Coin (SC)
- The Store uses bonuses and an internal currency, Sonic Coin (SC), which may be credited for purchases, special offers, referrals, birthdays, or other activities.
- Bonuses and SC are not electronic money or a legal means of payment. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money and may only be used within the Site for discounts, bonus goods, or services.
- The amount of bonuses and the percentage of SC you receive depend on your user level and purchase history. Level progression increases your bonus rate, as described on the Site.
4. Referral Program
- You may invite friends using your personal referral link and receive bonus rewards based on the purchases of your invited users.
- The referral bonus percentage increases with the number of invited and active users, as outlined in the Store’s referral policy.
- Abuse, fake registrations, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.
5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
- All purchases made on the Site are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the administration.
- Orders are processed after payment. Any issues with orders must be reported to support within 7 days.
- Any refunds or compensations are at the sole discretion of the administration.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

- The administration takes reasonable measures to protect your data, but is not liable for third-party access resulting from your negligence.
7. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

- Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and SC, with no compensation.
8. Administration Rights
- The administration reserves the right to block, suspend, or delete any account at its sole discretion for violations or suspicious activity.
- The administration may modify, cancel, or correct bonuses, levels, or SC in cases of errors or abuse.
- All decisions of the administration are final and not subject to appeal.
9. Liability and Service Availability
- The Site is provided “as is”. The administration is not liable for technical issues, downtime, delays in crediting bonuses, or service interruptions beyond its control.
- Users are solely responsible for their actions and account security.
10. Changes to Terms
- The administration may change these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the Site.
